How To Use Online Registration
The USPCA Region 12 end user (Officer) will register for an event or apply for membership by clicking on the appropriate links available within this website.
You will fill in all required information then click on the “Confirm & Pay” button at the bottom of the web page. You will then be directed to the PayPal site associated with USPCA Region 12’s account to submit payment. You will NOT be required to create a PayPal account. Select - > Pay with a bank account, debit or credit card or PayPal Credit - Button.
Once the payment has been processed you will see a screen that states “Thanks for your order”. (An email receipt from PayPal will also be send to the email address entered.)
Within this screen click on the Return to United States Police Canine Assoc. Region 12 link in order to be redirected back to the USPCA Region 12 site where a “Success” message is given and the Registration information is available for print. If you navigate away from this page you will not be able to retrieve the page for printing, as the information will be lost. This is an important step to remember!

RENEWALS - you will need to have an account on the National website, a registered email address, and will need to do the renewal process either through an invoice or log into your profile and renew from there. ***DO NOT apply for a new membership as this will create a duplicate file for you.***

Legal Update/Civil Liability Seminar
Hosted by USPCA Region 12 and the Wright County Sheriff's Office
This training will be led by Gene Ramirez from Manning Kass. He serves as general counsel for both the California Association of Tactical Officers (CATO) and United States Police Canine Association and is a former legal section chair for the National Tactical Officers Association (NTOA). Ramirez provides expertise in the area of civil liability relating to the use of police dogs and provides training to handlers and supervisors from around the country.
