How To Use Online Registration

The USPCA Region 12 end user (Officer) will register for an event or apply for membership by clicking on the appropriate links available within this website.

You will fill in all required information then click on the “Confirm & Pay” button at the bottom of the web page. You will then be directed to the PayPal site associated with USPCA Region 12’s account to submit payment. You will NOT be required to create a PayPal account. Select - > Pay with a bank account, debit or credit card or PayPal Credit - Button.

Once the payment has been processed you will see a screen that states “Thanks for your order”. (An email receipt from PayPal will also be send to the email address entered.)

Within this screen click on the Return to United States Police Canine Assoc. Region 12 link in order to be redirected back to the USPCA Region 12 site where a “Success” message is given and the Registration information is available for print. If you navigate away from this page you will not be able to retrieve the page for printing, as the information will be lost. This is an important step to remember!

If you or your department are looking for a great way to dispose of expired bullet resistant vests this project is well worth a look.  Also if you know of any officer in need of a vest then this project is also the place to find that.  Please go to for more information on the project or find them on face book.  If you have specific questions contact Chief Clint Reck of the Muscle Shoals Alabama Police Department at

I spoke with Chief Reck and have started a drive to donate all expired vests that we have on hand.  To date they have delivered over 10,000 vests to officers in need.

Do to some unforeseen circumstances the Douglas County Sheriffs Office has been asked to host the 2018 PD1 Field Trials in Alexandria, MN.  We have accepted and more information will follow however the dates of the trials will be June 17-19, 2018
